Bras Academy
Launched in 2019, we are proud to be a QCTO and TETA accredited training provider that facilitate driver training relevant to our industry.
This newly launched department is specifically aimed at empowering youth in our surrounding community. The curriculum is designed to provide learners with a well-rounded understanding of the road freight industry; both theoretical and practical skills are learnt during their time at the academy and equip learners to pursue their aspirations in becoming professional drivers. Much of the training provided is on a pro-bono basis as part of our drive to sow back into the community.
Drought support
We support worth-while causes and in 2020 we chose to help our farmers that are facing one of the worst drought seasons in remembrance.
The farming community form the backbone of our economy and it is essential we show them all the support possible. On 24 October 2020, we transported ten interlink loads of feed to the farming communities in Cullinan, Kendal and Boshoff. Again, on 31 October 2020 we sent eight tri-axle loads of feed to Vrede and Dealsville. We trust that this small contribution will make a difference to the farming communities in these areas!
